On Click of Steel CRM the Report Dashboard will be displayed, presents an overall picture of the Business done with customers on various parameters for useful decision making of the user ( Sales Person Dashboard) on closing the Report Dashboard , will populate the CRM module with major features /daily activities of a Sales Person.
Call
The Screen is used to capture the details of both inbound & outbound calls, In Person meeting or enquiries through mail.
The information entered is mainly to fulfil the needs of the customer whether it's an Inquiry or Sale or after Sale Support or Service .
The timely resolution is of utmost importance to ensure the customer is satisfied.
Note: The data can be used for analysis for the Company on the service rendered.
Manage Account
The data entered in the manage account provides an overall picture of the activities the customer has associated with the Sales Person of the company.
Salesperson can use this data for corrective measures and in making right decision.
Accounts
The Sales person associated with the customer can independently has access to all information of the Customer like invoices, sales info, Amount Received etc.,
Lead
The interest shown by a company or an individual in the products is the starting point for a Sale.
The lead can be from a campaign or a response for an advertisement or through a client.
Opportunity.
The process of a potential sales into recurring business, it can be from a lead or a one-time customer can be converted to a repeat customer.
A quote also can be provided from the Opportunity model based on the requirement of the customer, with status till the opportunity is converted to sale.
Provision to keep track of the opportunity/
Quote Master
The quotes raised by all the sales person or by the Customer representatives is available in the browse list for modification or can provide fresh quotes based on the quotes available.
The fields available are basic, and the user need to know the terms on which the quote can be provided.
Notes: it's a simple to do list or writing pad which is available for the user to note down instructions or information which might be of help for future reference in the system.
Calendar: Events related to the industry can be entered in this module, which can be shared to the customers for them to participate or to decide the products needed.
Projects: The module can be accessed from Admin/Modules/Projects
