Module Defaults
The default configuration for the appointment’s module is setup by enabling check field or
by selecting the screen style number as per the requirement of the company in the first tab of appointment.
What criteria are to be checked for owner and customer material when a coil is received, tolerance level for attributes,
max weight etc., are configured to ensure proper check or error messages are displayed, in case of variance above the allowed.

inventory for cross border documents is configured.
Carriers Info
The browse window displays the active carriers with transport mode attached to the vendor master for easier.
identification of carriers.
The carrier is mapped with vendor number with freight rate configured and fuel charges.
Master Load Numbers
The browse window lists the active master BOL due for shipment, with details of BOL tags against the master BOL.
Master BOL can be created when more than one BOL is shipped for different customers on the same route by the same carrier.
Sample Request
The browse list’s location wise request made for sample, click on Add to create a sample request,
after receiving the results, the same can be updated in the "Enter Results" tab for update in the system for future reference and to
generate a print of the tag.
Ship For Info
The browse window lists the ship for no, with details of ship for name and address etc.,
Ship As
The ship as details is updated on the window.
Ship Forecast
The browse window lists the details of carriers of monthly forecast of weight and shipment type.
Receive Weight Matrix
The browse window lists the min and maximum weight and the allowable weight difference.
BOL Final Inspection Questions
The window displays the inspection question to be maintained by the company,
this forms as a checklist before shipment of inventory to avoid unnecessary delay, material rejection etc., by customers,
if all the conditions laid by the customer is fulfilled.
BOL Load Securement Checklist
The below window details question further to the BOL inspection questionnaire, in case few answers do not confirm to the conditions of the
customer , necessary corrective measure are activated to fulfil the same at the time of load securement.

The below window is available to check chemistry for a batch of BOL validation with option of scheduled date or shipped date.
