Connecting your computer to the MySteelSoftware.com remote software.
Firstly, you’ll need to install the two third-party applications utilized by the Remote App connection software.
The next step is to install TS Print and TS Scan clients from Terminal works.

Next, open the control panel in windows, this can be done by searching for Control Panel in the start menu,
or by pressing the windows key + R key, and typing “control” in the run box.
Next, we need to search for RDP “RemoteApp and Desktop Connections” in the control panel screen.
The Remote App Connection is listed as in the screenshot, on click of Access RemoteApp, a window pops up for connection details,
Click next to advance through the wizard, you will be prompted for your credentials.
Your username is your email address, the password is the one provided by your implementation specialist.

Once the connection has been created, you’ll be given a finish button to click and the “RemoteApp and Desktop Connections”.
