Inbound as Calendar

The browse window lists the incoming trucks and carriers date and timewise based on the input data entered.

The below window is used to update the date and time for receipt of the material once the truck or carrier has arrived and inventory.

is received after inspection the tag number of the customer will be generated and any notes can be updated in the notes tab.

Inbound as Browse

The browse window will list all the open BOL, the process explained in the inbound as calendar will be followed.

Master Bill Lading-Inbound

The browse lists the records of master BOL, details of Port destination name, port of origination,

material origination, mill origination and input date.

Door Schedule Style1

The browse window lists style 1 all inbound appointments scheduled against

each door available on a particular date and time for unloading.

Door Schedule Style2

The browse window lists style 2 all inbound appointments scheduled against

each door available on a particular date and time for unloading.

In the below style the schedule is available for easy navigation across different modes.

Truck Planning Schedule 

The browse window lists the truck due for arrival on a particular date and time.

Releases

The browse window lists the releases due for a

customer inventory with details of release number, release date, BOL no.

  

 

Shipping

The browse window lists the BOL ready for shipping with schedule date and time, after material unloaded.

from the truck and uploaded in the ship the details ship leaving port date and time are updated. 

Quality Check

The browse window lists BOL for quality check due on a particular date, once the work list is cleared of quality check,

no records will be listed to view the quality checked records.

Staging Requests

The window is available for staging of release with anyone of the options selected. 

Freight Rate Breakout

The browse window lists the break down rate of freight against each BOL for the weight. 

Mill Tag No Watch List

The browse window lists BOL based on mill tag no of the customer for easy reference to notify the concerned 

about the material arrival or the Rail Carrier no to coordinate.

Validate Pick List 

The window is used to check the whether the Tag no’s shipped are correct,

on entering individual tag no’s the details of customer no , BOL , schedule date are all displayed for 

the truck or the carrier to ensure correct material has been loaded.

 

Lab Work

The browse window lists all the inventory both owner material and customer material of a location,

on enable of  all active inventory will be listed for initiating a Lab test on the tag.

Transmit

The browse window lists all receivers that has not been transmitted to the customer.

transmit receivers to customers use the transmit button from the module.

The screen is designed to transmit receivers to the customer for material that has arrived and has been checked into the warehouse.

The receiver can be audited and transmitted to the customer.

The transmission can be an email containing the receiver, pictures taken in the shop and the scanned BOL from the driver

Services

The browse window lists the service requests made by the customer or the owner for any extra services.

The service request is created and once the service is completed, the charges for the service will be invoiced to the customer,

in case  owner material the charges incurred will be accounted as other expenses.
