Account Locked
Users may not be able to log into the application, since the password would have been locked or the password change would have been ignored by the user. If the below screen pops up as shown in the below screen you can contact the local administrator or one of your users who has supervisor access or PS Data support to set it right.
Click on module > click on Click on the tab,
Please navigate to the screen! Admin>Modules>Organization.
Click on the follow as per instruction in the below screen and save.
